You are on your honor to uphold the standards of truth when taking the Tests on our web site. Cheating is not permitted and will not be accepted. In addition, the practice of copying and sharing Test questions will not be tolerated. This is in violation of copyright laws and is grounds for termination of your account, prevention of further access to the SmarTeach web site, and possible legal action could be brought against you.

Service and Product Availability
SmarTeach attempts to be as accurate as possible at all times, when disclosing pricing and availability of courses on the web site. However, we do not warrant that the pricing and service content on this web site is always complete, current, reliable, or error free. Also, SmarTeach reserves the right to change our prices at anytime, without notice to the customer, although in most cases, we will attempt to make you aware of these changes in advance. SmarTeach account is valid for three (3 – 6 months based on the course/packages selected)

SmarTeach reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that SmarTeach shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

At Medisys EduTech Pvt Ltd (Proprietary of SmarTeach.com), protection of your personal information, and making sure you understand how and why it is processed, is of paramount importance to us. As a data processor for your test sponsor, Medisys EduTech Pvt Ltd processes your personal information only for the purposes of registering and scheduling you for a test, administering that test, and processing the results. At no time will your personal information be used by Medisys EduTech Pvt Ltd for any other purpose without your permission. Your personal information, including your test results, will be provided to your test manager for the purposes of providing scores, or other benefits to you. Medisys EduTech Pvt Ltd may also disclose your personal data to other Medisys EduTech Pvt Ltd entities for the purpose of providing you with testing information, administering the test, or processing your results. Adequate protection of your personal information is ensured at all Medisys EduTech Pvt Ltd entities.

The above processing is necessary to administer your account, and we cannot register you for a test, if you do not agree to personal information processing by Medisys EduTech Pvt Ltd as described above. Credit Card Information Usage
Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Sensitive personal information is collected only to facilitate our financial service providers' credit decisions and will be shared with them only with your permission.

In order to offer you a more consistent and personalized experience in your interactions with Medisys EduTech, information collected through one Medisys EduTech service may be combined with information obtained through other Medisys EduTech services. Our privacy practices are designed to provide protection for your personal information, all over the world. We may share your personal information within Medisys EduTech.
